Mabelynn Capeluj was crowned Miss California USA 2013 on Sunday inPasadena.
It was a good day for San Diego on Sunday. Mabelynn Capeluj entered the pageant as Miss Greater San Diego USA. Earlier in the day, Miss Greater San Diego Teen USACassidy Wolf was crowned Miss CaliforniaTeen USA.
Capeluj was literally floored by the judges’ decision, with the new titleholder falling to the ground when she was announced as the winner.
The pageant was webcast live on the Internet
